At HK Courses, we place the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) at the heart of our strategy. Because our transport and logistics business is part of complex and human value chains, we have chosen to go beyond regulatory requirements to integrate CSR in a structured, transparent, and measurable way.
We are proud to announce that HK Courses obtained ENGAGE CSR certification in November 2025, in accordance with ISO 26000, attesting to the soundness and consistency of our approach to social, environmental, ethical, and governance issues. We even obtained a Confirmed ** (2 stars) rating on our first attempt.
What is ISO 26000?
ISO 26000 is an international standard for assessing an organization's maturity in terms of social responsibility.
ISO 26000 is a guidance standard, and its assessment is based on a rigorous analysis of the company's practices across seven key areas:
- Governance
- Human Rights
- Relationships and working conditions
- Environment
- Fairness of practices
- Consumer-related questions
- Contribution to local development
It ensures that the actions taken are consistent, relevant, and aligned with societal expectations.
CSR assessment results
The ISO 26000 audit carried out for HK Courses was conducted independently and in a structured manner, following three days of discussions and interviews with a panel of employees, customers, supplier partners, and other stakeholders.
According to the evaluation criteria, our approach is recognized as:
